Technologies

  • The manufacture of your products follows your CAD-data provided.
  • The technological processes required for manufacture are determined in our external programming department.
  • The chosen CNC machinery is programmed externally by means of the programming systems Esprit, Tebis or Work NC according to the manufacturing technology.
  • In case of Mat.No 1.0570 the material will be provided from our stock, heat-treated tool steel or aluminum is purchased to order from certified suppliers.
  • If the material is provided by the customer, we need information about the quality of the material as well as rough sizes and as-supplied condition already with your inquiry.
